With your safety as our key motivator, our Bio Ethanol containing bottles have been equipped with a mitigation insert over the past 25 years which has now become a mandatory standard feature in the North American marketplace.
It is our goal to introduce safe, high quality and environmentally friendly fire products to the Canadian consumer (FireStar, SwissFlame) as well as ignite a passion for a “live flame experience” married to the culinary arts that is second to none.
Our aim is to share the Swiss passion for Fondue and Raclette (traditional Swiss dishes made of melted cheeses) with the North American consumer to create a new and exciting dining experience.
The perfect blend of imported Swiss cheeses paired with the wide selection and bounty of Okanagan wines are bound to tickle the senses.
Fire creates warmth not only in the physical but also on an emotional level. The gathering and sharing between friends and family around a “fire experience” , opens the senses and relaxes the mind which perfectly sets the stage for what the Swiss/French call “Joie de vivre”.(the carefree enjoyment of life)
